So we can be sure (at least what's written in the notes) that Time is Night which is from 18:00 to 5:00 A.M.
Weather can be either Thunder Storm or Rain.
Thing is: is the emoticon for it /lookout? Or can it be something different as well?

for #32
what part of the text leads you to believe Thunderstorms or Rain?.... just curious

It's not Overcast at Nighttime then... From the English text, I wouldn't rule out Dawn altogether though.
German Text #32:
"Zweifellos außer Muschel-Reichweite, aber auch nicht der gemütlichste Ort, um eine nasskalte Nacht zu verbringen. Runterzukommen soll dagegen einfach gewesen sein."
English Translation (rough):
"Indeed out of the shells-range but not a comfortable place to stay/hide in a cold, wet night. Although it is easy to get down."
Any fix for translation is much appreciated XD
English Text: Overheard at a tavern: "Spent the night on that ledge, I did—anything to escape those shelled monstrosities. Wasn't a bad sight, though I can't say I enjoyed the trip down..."German Text #32:

Doesn't both text contradict each other? English text implies he didn't enjoy the trip down (meaning it wasn't easy to get down); yet, German text (assuming translation is close to accurate) implies that he got down so easy (and possibly neither enjoyed or didn't enjoyed the trip down)
Unless I misinterpret the last line "I can't say I enjoyed the trip down"

Perhaps the key word is down... which might mean sit down???English Text: Overheard at a tavern: "Spent the night on that ledge, I did—anything to escape those shelled monstrosities. Wasn't a bad sight, though I can't say I enjoyed the trip down..."
