It wasn't so much that I was stumped. I'm just fed up and, quite frankly, amazed that it has come to this. I post what really is an important topic for discussion and yet, for whatever reason, some people just can't stay on point (I among them).

I'm so easily led off topic, and you took advantage of me. (Little old me). It's really not very nice of you and I only ask that in the future you try to limit your discussion to the topic at hand, rather than whatever sordid thought comes into that mind of yours.

2. Can you take over as CO to remake this game to be a good quality game?
3. Do you realize this whole "Forum" thing is for positive feedback to help create a better game?

I could go on and on and on but that would make this a huge hate letter and lower my standards, like "some" of you have on here that has bean just straight dissing SE. They are trying to make this game right and in the meantime "It's free to play?!

Let's talk politics, Do you realize when Obama took over, Bush left him a shit storm to deal with? I am not racist, I own a color TV, but I didn't think he would do good, not in the slightest. Now he's up for re-election in the meantime, he Supposedly killed Bin Laden, battling a health-care reform and trying to do good for this country.

Now, let's take a step back and look at this FFXIV situation. Isn't this what Yoshi-p's situation is? Give the man time and stop throwing stones.

This is a great platform for a possibly great game. Hubs and auto-attack is just the beginning. Have Faith like you should with everything else in your lives.

There's nothing IMPORTANT about having a fully voiced MMO. You are the only person stating this and thus it makes your thread un-important. Coupled with your reputation it is probably not even on the radar.

I've taken the initiative of deleting your political and religious statements to save the forum-moderators some work.

Back on topic, I'd like to suggest one thing. While you may think my opinions are not "positive enough", they are still valuable criticisms. I'm not suggesting Yoshi die a heathen's death or anything. I am merely presenting the idea that FFXIV does not need to merely catch up with the old-gen games, it also needs to compete with next-gen games.

Earlier in this forum, if you had bothered to read it, Physic said that the market was ripe for a new MMO. And he was right (so go read that post because I can't be bothered to do it justice). But instead of filling the vacuum left in the MMO genre, by releasing something new-and-improved, SE has been content to patch something that is merely old-and-polished.

I honestly don't think that's good enough.

I don't want to play old-and-polished. And while you may not miss me, there's many other people who won't play this game for the same reasons and you may miss them. I know SE will.

I think you missed the objective of the thread if you think it was simply about voice overs. What I was saying was that next gen games are raising the bar to a new standard while SE is still looking to the bar set by old-gen games (and in my opinion it's looking at the wrong old-gen games anyway).
