Well that why i said Complete or almost complete since their plan is 1 Primal fight per Major Update.

With Ramuh in patch 2.3 we can expect Shiva in Patch 2.4 (unless there some reason they will hold her back for 2.5)

Shiva will be 2.4 Even if they don't say it, it's obvious.

I dunno about you but Shiva is the only one of the primals that has been a let-down visually.
She's usually my favourite VIII & X versions were stunning. This incarnation somehow seems to lack a personal touch and seems kinda predictable

I'm not fond of Shiva's frozen 'do in this incarnation, but other than that she looks pretty awesome.

Too early to get excited about Shiva, though. We're getting Ramuh this time around for sure, and I find it very, very unlikely that we'll get both at once.
