That statement almost seems like a complete disconnect from reality, as it is the main reason ppl leave mmos for other ones.
I take alot of flak for saying this, but I truly foresee XIV facing hard times yet again. Yoshi can afford to do this due to the lack of competition; MMO wise. However, when that comp finally arrives and ppl move on like in XI............

XIV is truly successful because there is no good competition currently. This game has about 1/10th of the endgame content it should have... and they show no signs of adding more relevenat content. They are content with the constant lack of content and release of short lived content.

The only people who have enough content are those playing 1-3 days a week. or those playing under 2hrs a day.

Oh and on XI they lost less then 5% of thier population to WoW. IT was the only mmo on the market to not lose hardly anything. But this game has little staying power compaired to XI. It is like an arcade game atm, XIV is nothing more then a side game to spend time after work. It is its biggest weakness.

Then dont play? Having been through all the MMOs I find this one shelling out content pretty quickly, I love it and when we finally do get the expansion I know my mind is going to be blown. But like every mmo forum there will be doomsayers.
