Delay the Rogue/Ninja class till expansion.

-The DF doesn't actually just do
-Tank
-Healer
-2 random DD's

It actually tries to get
-Tank
-Healer
-Melee DD
-Ranged DD

Actually the regular DF queue doesn't try for one of each. Only the PvP queue does that.
