Even if its not specifically implimented, its still clear they want to get all of that leg work done by summer....and that does not detur from the REST of the stuff they say they want done by sept.

And considering a lot of the rest of that stuff is coming up in 1.18, I'd say yes, aside from jobs, we'll see that stuff before the end of Summer.
