#76 confirmed, clear weather at 5am /lookout

Works until 8am. Only just made it up there in time to check.

#71 incidentally...I am losing patience with. Was finally a clear dawn and tried every emote, but nothing from 4am-7am. It's either a fair dawn or some very random time in a rare condition (maybe clear 5-6pm - any later and it gets too dark), but no other weather makes sense according to the English text. Could French/German/Japanese shed any more light on it?
