**Possible spoilers ahead!**


I've always suspected that the dagger-type *class* will be something along the lines of "Scout," and the jobs will come off of that, being Thief AND Ninja. Both Thief and Ninja have been main jobs in several FF games, and I would expect the same to be here.

Based off the story's cut-scenes, Thancred appears to be a Thief, and the lady seems to be a Ninja.

I would expect both to make an appearance.
