Run along the railing to get enough speed, then turn your camera and jump. Its quite tricky because the angle is really ugly, took me nearly 12 minutes to get up there myself ><

I still can't do it... Someone mind putting up a video? Yes, I used my mount and murdered the three enemies that might aggro you and cast heavy.

The Vista is not on the canvas but the wooden Arch where im standing on top
No clue about time weather and /emote tho....

Do you see the chocobo on the left side of the screenshot? That's my friend, he stands on top of the "Bark" of that big stump. It's a really tricky jump to get up to the Canvas tho, can take multiple times :/
