All we have here are people with a passionate difference of opinion about the state of the relic quest line. I don't recall seeing anyone in here "white knighting" SE though, or praising them as a flawless corporation. We have some people who passionately hate the state of the relic quest line, some who are indifferent about it, and some who like it. That's pretty much all there is here.

Because you would work on it on the sideway if you already do the expert roulettes instead of doing expert roulettes only for the Alexandrite.
If you would do already expert roulettes, you get it automatic without changing your daily routine for it.

I expect few people do that roulette as a daily routine.

Regardless, you still have to grind all of those maps and the materia.

The maps take a little more than 2 min so far, at least for me. As to the materia prices it may be best for people to wait until they come down a bit if they're worried about the cost, which they probably will. In the meantime just gather your Alexandrites. I know the Savage Aim 1s on my server were 5k+ yesterday, and today they were around 2k each so I picked up a few. Economies can fluctuate so it's probably best to wait for temporary drops in prices, or better yet permanent ones.

Atma is a RNG grind
Animus is a progression grind
Novus is only a grind if you want it to be one (you can finish it in around 70 days without specially grinding for it)
