Twilight over Thanalan and Gridania's theme were amazing, although I would say Coertha's 1.0 theme wasn't too shabby either.

1.0 Coerthas was the best I feel like they completely ruined Coerthas now in 2.0, wheres my big lovely map with lovely music and wolfs howling in the background with the strong wind, that place was absolutely gorgeous... BRINGG IT BACK SE PLS

I vastly prefer the snowy area that coerthas is now, than how it was in 1.0. imo the only real difference between it and La noscea is abit more mountains, and a great view of ishguard.

but i love snow in general.

There weren't any snowy areas in in 1.0... Also, we only have Central Coerthas Highlands now, there are still other parts of that region we currently don't have access to.

In 1.0 many of us begged for a "Snowy Zone", many suggested Corethas as the most logical choice, They announced that in 2.0 Corethas was going to be snowy, and there was much rejoicing, they showed us concept art and we started getting pretty excited. Then ARR released...

And now a handful of people are wanting the opposite even though it's what we asked for.

Funny. I swear I never ask nor request those huge snowy area from the start.

I hate hanging out in Coerthas. The snow, the gloom, the eerie harpsichord-style zone music frissoning your nerves... every time i have business there I complete it as soon as possible and then go spend a week in Costa del Sol.

I don't - I found Unspoken to be more annoying than soothing. The same grinding violin and tonky piano chords repeated ad nausum. Uematsu must have been really sleepy when he composed that, as it put me to sleep just listening to it.

The whole zone itself was nothing that amazing - it was just the same old mountain texture repeated ad nausum (like the rest of 1.0's zones), with a rare landmark item like the Griffin's Crossing bridge, there's not much lost in the change to the winter wonderland that it now is. Once again there's too much looking through rose-tinted glasses here. *sighs*
