Game will not be anywhere near close to being finished or ready for subscriptions for a long time. My best guess is by the start of summer next year. Hamlet battles are nowhere to be found, crafting projects almost no mention, game engine is still not finished, server infrastructure still not finished, open world HNMs barely any mention, zone redesign is just talk, no mention of AH or mail system, no mention of customizable UI, etc.

That stuff will be another year + easy...the re-design if they even do much with it will take half of that alone. Not to mention sprinkeling in new content constantly just to keep up.

i think each patch will bring a few bugs and problems that will need to be adressed etc, and i'm not talking about all the problems that will come up with the huge size of the patches. Soooooo, 1,18 is going to take all summer to me >_>..

Let's face it; this development team is very slow. I just don't see it happening unless they pull a miracle out their ass.

lol it baffles me as to why the patcher has not been fixed. Is that not a big deal? I mean personally its been pretty meh, times its fast, others its down to a crawl.

The patcher isn't broken, more often than not the problem lies with the user router settings.

LOL not this argument again. Countless people have opened ports, forwarded them, the whole 9. The point is, if I use the SE patcher, I get 30kb/s down max, but if I throw the files into uTorrent, it's magically my connection's capped speed.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Ive actually used Utorrent quite a bit when the game first launched, it just worked WAY better...though it was a tough thing to explain to friends.
