There is a difference in being carried, and being the diamond in the rough surrounded by Lackluster players. He is simply saying that the players that are stuck with the lackluster players and cannot progress would like the help of the seasoned players that can make short work of the instances so progress can begin again instead of being stuck for weeks on end because people just cant seem to figure out that the big circle under you means run the fuck away.
