    If it was 10AM EST, then the roulettes wouldn't have reset yet. Check now if they show the tome bonus or not.

    OK I'll do a couple beast quests and see if I have the same problem. I just got the seals from Trials with no issue.

    a member of my FC had same problem, hes the reason i noticed. otherwise i'd still be SRing bray like a moron.
