Allow Atma Farming While Using an Atma or Animus Weapon

I think a key reason they do not want people to farm with atmas or animus is the potential stat boosts that can make the farming even easier.

The majority of fates that you would farm atmas for are still level synced. So the stat boosts aren't there.

I think you have "easier" confused with "less tedious" and/or "slightly less idiotic." There is absolutely nothing difficult about doing hundreds of Fates gameplay-wise.

Personally I'd just make it that getting to that part of the relic quest allows you the ability to acquire Atmas regardless of class/level. May as well be allowed to get something more productive that merely seals out of the grind.
