Why is BLM getting a buff?

The only problem I had with that statement, is wth is inner beast for then? Mind boggling really. Give us an ability that heals 300% of damage, but don't use it? In the past now so a moot point.

I could never seriously play BLM. I got swiftcast for my casters and that was about all I could take, I really feel sorry for the other BLM's I know in movement intensive fights. Honestly I don't even like playing SMN on Titan Ex, so much easier on Dragoon or tank. If they do anything I hope it's adjustments towards increasing mobility (and therefore damage) rather than just potency increases.

ummm they changed this a long time back 2.1 I think. You don't get get a cure % bonus with stacks now, it's just built into Defiance

I'm fully aware of the changes.. What they said was to not use Inner Beast and wait for heals - I ask then what the hell was a 300% self-heal for? Just didn't make sense.
