Anti-RMT idea

There are many ways to skin this cat, SE just do not want to do it.

Some methods:
-- Every tell to a new personal that is not on your FC/LS/friendlist costs 1000 gils, fee is waved when the other side replies back.
-- Like Party invites, tells sends a "msg waiting from xyz" with a 30 second delay, and must be approved for viewing. In other words, a tell from a player you do not know must be approve by you first.
-- Quest given ability

IMHO, any time delay, is moot, because RMTs is a bot, they can wait as long as you can, or they log into a new char and move on to the next char in their rotation. Heck, there is a delay in creating new chars, but you saw the good that did, none.
