Anything that is not a currently running game will not get an event. DQ got one since it's still going, FFXIII got one since it just came out, and FFXI/shantotto got one sine it's currently running and shantottos story isn't technically over. Ff1-ff13 (except 11) are now done, and so won't get an event.
