SE's statement is literally quoted two posts above. And it's not abuse. If you're not getting along with other players in the group and they vote to kick you just move on. DF isn't some prison where you're forced to run with people you're disagreeing with.

For what it's worth, I have never, ever seen anyone attempt to tank it in the middle.

AS much as I hate vote kick for no reason, if no one knows the particular mechanics of every boss fight, they can open chat and type it there, specially before we begin the run.

"the middle fight" example: I always tank him on the sides. BUT! Even if I know for some I don't need to mention it, I will type it that: Be ready to follow him when he moves to stay behind him at all times.

So far, never had a problem.

Now if you encounter people you don't like as you mentionned.. Press U, then Leave. Suck on the penalty: it's better than to play with people you can't stand.

The higher you'll get , the worse it will become; they will be asking god-like reflexe skills and knowing your character so well that you will know in advance your lvl 60 skills to put into your rotation

Yes, this is exactly what I meant.

It's quite simple.. You just need to walk away.

Not only SE, but in any game as well as real life.. If majority of people vote, they win.
Assuming that majority is not very smart... They still going to win. That's why we need friends who
we can trust. It doesn't matter where he pulls the boss. In middle or near the entrance, there are always strategy.
Some strategies are better than other ofc. If the person you are playing with has some attitude.. Get ready.
This is what I don't understand personally... Why do we defend those who never respect us. It seems like many of us
Playing by own rules.

The player has a cooldown on them. Something like they cant initiate another vote kick for a few hours after they last did. Other people cant still vote kick right away, and if there was a cooldown in general it must have been changed because just recently I did a CT where we had to vote kick two tanks that were trolling

I thought you had to have a majority vote for "Vote Kick" shouldn't it be two other people in the party agree?

also, can you not read the OP? he was KICK FROM THE PARTY, ergo, the kick was successful and went into cooldown and also, no one here isn't the question, why would the other dps initiate vote kick on the healer? from all the times is seen vote kick since august 2013, people would either just wait for a replacement or just leave outright. i never seen players initiate ANOTHER vote kick to remove another player as

1.getting healers and tanks in stone vigil? yeah good luck on your wait time. in all these months i played, it was nigh improbable to get a healer or tank as no one queues for S.V unless they have too and duty roulette doesnt guarantee you another replacement. hell i once waited 30 mins for a healer to come and went "forget this, im gonna jump on my sch and queue join in progress to see we can finish this". lo and behold i got back in the same dungeon with the same two guys from before.

2.since there is no penalty from leaving after someone being V.K.and they were clearly on the first room boss, there is no reason to stay and hope for another healer and dps to show up.people would have left and just requeue for a full party.no need to go the extra mile to kick the friend buddy (and how would they know that the healer was the op friend?smell pretty suspicious to me like we arent getting the full story).
