So whats the trick to getting a good group of peaple to do titan ex with?

Well, in pf you have to specify several things, first, you have to check that they have beaten Titan by checking to see if they have ifrit unlocked, second, specify that if they are lagging, to not join the party (lagging seems to be a wide-spread excuse as to why they can't get out of 'weight if the land' attack or landslides. Third, have a 3 strikes rule, where if they keep dying, you'll replace them. Titan Ex is hard, and so should you on getting a good group. >___________> of course, is all luck too, I've beaten titan ex with duty finder groups, it all depends on the people you get.

OP: a week is nothing, just make friends with people who know what they're doing from the PF you do and make a group with them.

Is common sense that if he wants to beat titan, he needs people that have gone through the fire before, not first timers because, it'll never happen with new people to the fight.

What about those that were first to beat the fight? Do they need someone that has gone through the fight before to play with them? No. It's common sense that if he wants to beat titan, he needs people with the skills and/or tenacity to beat it, not people that have beaten it before. The first time I beat Moogle EX (not Titan EX cause it was so long ago I don't remember), all 8 of us got the achievement.

HE wants to beat TITAN, and HE wants good people to beat Titan with him, and since only noobs would join if he doesn't specify that, he CAN and should specify that they need to have beaten titan before (even though he hasn't himself) OR noobs will join hoping for a carry. I think the point Lemon8or was trying to make is that the OP can't check to see if people have Ifrit EX unlocked because the OP himself doesn't have Ifrit EX unlocked. You can put requirements in the description all you want, doesn't mean anything if you can't enforce them.
