Need info getting T4 craft materia

So far I've tried spiritbonding patrician set & highest accessories usually used for maximum crafter gears 3 times, with exception of militia stuff 2 times only which is I55, and I'm still getting t3 materia over and over.

Are there any better gear to SB for getting T4 materia? Or I have no choice but to SB the AF gears? Or it is just purely luck with any lvl 45+ gears?

It's luck on anything 46+ I got 2 Control 4 materia yesterday from the Coral earrings and an electrum ring of crafting. I haven't tried spritbinding any AF gear.

Ha ha

At least I can use the t3 to meld other DoH's hand/leg/feet gears though. Rest of my af body still need 1st t4 craftmanship before I can push rest of t3. Most of my offtools still untouched tho.

If there's any better way, I love to know. ^^

I managed to get a couple T4's from spirit bonding my weavers AF set. Unfortunately it takes forever since you can't bond through combat.

I only recently made all HQ AFs since I completed capping them not long ago. Does afs still could give more t3 than t4?

Lower level gear bonds faster, HQ gear bonds faster, gear with materia in it bonds faster, and you bond at the same rate for HQ/NQ/quick synths.

I spiritbond the regular stuff that costs as much to make or less than to buy it at the MB. Quick synths, dodo body/patricians gear, electrum wrist/ring/neck, coral ear, meteor survivor's ring. Cheap materia meld in each 100% slot. It takes about 300 level 40+ synths to fully bond a piece.

Tier IV rate is 5-10%

- every meld = 20% faster sbing
- guaranteed t4 materia = ilvl 70+

depending on ilvl to sb and the recipe you craft, it takes about 150-170 synth to sb the item. i usually use hq+2 melds.

err... I think this is for DoW/DoM gears. I'm not sure there's i70 stuff for DoH/DoL, with exception of the traded i70 stuf which I think are non convertible. Haven't unlocked all master books yet, but I really doubt there's any i70 crafted DoH/DoL stuff. Anyone can confirm this? Would love to give this a go if there's any.

Besides, I also heard that i70 are not guarantee to convert into t4, can still get t3 instead although the rate are unknown atm.

it doesnt matter what jobs the items are for, only the ilvl is responsable for the chance of getting certain grade materia.

guaranteed:
Materia Tier 1 = ilvl 15+
Materia Tier 2 = ilvl 30+
Materia Tier 3 = ilvl 45+
Materia Tier 4 = ilvl 70+

i forgot t5 = 90+ but thats not needed atm ^_^
