What ever happened to playing the game and discovering things for yourself?
I've never understood the mentality of joining a random PUG and expecting everyone to have spent hours memorizing fights and videos. For raids and end-game stuff, I can understand since you're usually playing with a set group, but for a random? Or even worse, in the leveling dungeons.
People constantly bitching at everyone else in the group for not studying Youtube videos was the main reason I walked away after hitting 50. I was hoping that people would have mellowed out over the last few months as I'm coming back, but it seems to have just gotten worse.

So in other words you want to be carried as you get killed from a mechanic you've experienced for the first time and the other people in the group have to beat the fight without you. The guy that goes into the fight like that is just as rude as the guy that screams obscenities when someone makes a mistake. Yeah learning something for the first time is fun but it should be in a group that has either all agreed to that first and are all new players, or left to single player games. You have other people with you that likely know the fight. You are just on the opposite side of the spectrum from the rager that insults everyone. What ever happened to playing the game and discovering things for yourself?
