3600x1800 isn't QHD, or any format actually. 3200x1800 is, but it's not QHD, it's WQXGA+ despite what the marketing and/or box says. QHD is 2560x1440. You can change the resolution for the whole game in the settings. Try another 16:9 like 1920×1080 or 2048×1152, which will look just fine on a 14in. I can't imagine any laptop GPU would give good fps at 3200x1800 anyways.
