Isn't it interesting that now we perceive anyone just exhibiting kindness or helpfulness as possible creep, weirdo, or scammer? I'm guilty as well its just crazy to me.

I've met plenty of kind people in game. It wasn't that. It was odd because without even knowing me or exchanging but a few words he adds me in game, then PSN, then wants to party, then waits while I was away after I mentioned "maybe later". That's the MMO friendship equivalent of 2nd base if there was a 2nd base for just friends, lol. Just took me by surprise. Everything seems fine, but on my guard. He went offline earlier as he had to drive for 3 hours.

Yeah I'm just saying times have really changed and people who are just nice are looked at generally as weird or as someone to be careful of. Like...I guess the concept of just like making friends anymore. People are always apprehensive instead of just welcoming or accepting without fear.
