What do you guys think of people buying gil?

I personally don't care if people are willing to risk their accounts for gil (that in effect does nothing but buy gear which is arguably 3rd best, or houses), as long as it's from a 3rd party site or another player. I would however rage if SE offered some way of supplying players with gil through additional cash on-top of a subscription fee.

200/200 on my blacklist and not one of them is banned yet.

I have my black list full of ..only gil sellers, me alone I have 200 gil sellers blocked. I have informed SE that my black list is only and exclusively full of gil sellers..They are still there

How do you know they're not banned? If you're waiting for the names to be marked "Deleted", or for SE to remove the names from your list, it will never happen. When SE bans an account, they do not delete the account, and they do not alter anyone's blacklist. This prevents the gilsellers from reusing the names of banned characters. The only way to tell if a blacklisted character has been banned is to remove that name from your blacklist and see if you still get messages from them.

Delete the top 100 or so names from your list, and I can pretty much guarantee they're all banned by now (if they were all on your blacklist for being gil spammers).

If they aren't banned they are at least throw away characters and won't be used again.

Didn't know that, thanks. But still, the fact I even had 200 gil spammers on my blacklist says something in itself.
