A good tank always makes sure everyone is over the line, especially the healer.... Don't get too down about it, they are terribad.
They also prob had to wait a good bit on a new healer instead of just doing the fight with you the 2nd time.


Chest time = 20 seconds tops?

Wipe to boss and restart = 2-4 min?

The look on their faces when they realized they had no healer = priceless

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I think I will just wait until everyone leaves and grab the loot for myself <_< I hadn't realized I could go back and grab the loot after the dungeon is cleared o.o

You certainly can. I'm not sure about backtracking past the second Bray boss though. Never tried to go backwards through that tunnel.

You can't go backwards through the tunnel, but you can use /return to go to the beginning of the dungeon. Or if a monster is still alive, you can let it kill you so you don't waste the /return.

using return in dungeons takes you to the very beginning it's how you get all the treasures in places like stone vigil or toto rak where you fall into the arena with the boss.

Well I would like to say everyone in OPs party are bad players, you never never never ever go in a boss fight without the healer. I as DPS will sit outside the zone until I see the healer is in the area because I ran into tanks that seem like they werent paying attention and I wasnt going to die for their lack of paying attention.

Also the group was at fault, you don't ever speedrun in a Duty Roulette or Duty Finder dungeon. You always ask permission to speed run and make sure its ok with everyone in the random group, otherwise always go into it expecting to run the whole dungeon.

Next time go back for that treasure after everyone else has left. So you are guaranteed to get it and there's no drama.

I always poke fun at people who are on the edge of burning out.
Like the atma farmers... they were a fun sort. Such a short fuse...

What are you guys/gals talking about? Brayflox is like watching tv sometimes and you're just grabbing your popcorn. I love the time I was on my DRG and after the 2nd boss was downed the BLM smarted off to me saying "thanks for your help on the adds.. Which was none" when I nicely stated that his ranged DPS easily handled adds while my melee stayed near the boss and didn't walk through aoe to get them thus giving our healer more time to focus on one less player. Needless to say, I got a prompt "w/e" and that was that. I got a commends after the dungeon I'm sure was from the healer.

Let 'em be angry people. Don't let it bother you. Move on and continue to be a decent person spite them all.

It's people like these that try to -force- speed runs through DF that make me wish SE would put in place measures to make speed running impossible.
