I havent downed T9 yet, think it would work if i had a fit and made a buncha posts about its difficulty so I could get some phat 115 wpns? At this point, probably not even necessary cause im sure next patch they'll just toss a 25% echo at it anyhow. HA!

    (yea, im way off topic)

Sorry for the 6 posts. Brought to you courtesy of a pointless 1000 character limit which barely buys you a paragraph ffs.

For those who like to QQ I have atma on every job and animus on one. I wont bs. I certainly dont intend to get animus on them all but are you seriously griping about being given company seals for earning a better weapon? I can say with near 100% certainty that every person crying is a post wow mmorpg player which barely constitutes such.

Ironically i found nothing wrong w/ that and didnt complain there either. The developers make the game and the design choices, dont like it? dont play it. SOmehow, somewhere along the lines the children of this generation have gotten the idea int heir heads that they can just complain when something takes a bit of effort, and the dvelopers will just "adjust" it to appease them.

Just as much the greedy devs fault for literally rewarding this behavior by doing so. Money before legitimacy and purity of the genre i guess.

SOmehow and for some reason I kid myself into thinking this wont continue and was a one-off tragedy... however its becoming more and more obvious, I'd be better suited just waiting till the content is a patch behind. Then you can progress/gear twice as fast and 3x as easy.

Let the flames fly.. I may even pop back in to pretend like i care.

Awesome 1000 character limits are cool - and practical. Oh wait, no they arent. /mourn people who try to post something informative. Obvious SE doesnt read the forums. So many people have had a fit over this, you would think they would fix it. One thing that MAKES sense to fix. Then again, they need to adjust the echo buff for the people who dont want to put the effort into learn mechanics and somehow believe because they pay the same as anyone else, theyre entitled to being able to kill all the same shit.

    Wow...talk about annoying.

Just so you know, you can post the initial post, and then go back to "edit" it and finish the rest. And you completely avoid the 1000 character limit.

SE DOES read the forums, and you'd be ignorant to think they don't. That's the very reason there's a 1000 character limit.

However, I agree with everything you said about kids today and their entitled attitude.

Defenders don't get. FATES ARE BORING! It's that simple. Nothing wrong with an enjoyable grind.

Tell me that I need to grind 100 FATEs to get one Atma, fine, I can do that it's a measurable goal and something to work towards and something I can spend a little time here and a little time there progressing towards. Spending hours upon hours grinding FATEs without any idea if you're any closer to your goal of getting the Atma is infuriating, and makes every minute spent doing those FATEs and not getting the drop feel wasted or that you could have been doing something more productive.

I'm not asking for a hand-out, I'm just asking for the act of grinding the Atmas feel less about RNG and more about time commitment and measurable progress.

OK, you will get each atma at 5000 fates completed.
If you get it sooner. Feel good.

Sarcasm aside, knowing that you would get the Atma 100% at 5000 FATEs with a chance to get it sooner would feel better than going 3+ days grinding and getting nothing and having no idea whether you'd ever get the Atma no matter long you tried.

Iunno, I don't mind doing FATEs. I actually prefer FATE grinding to dungeon grinding to level up new classes. Then again, I usually grind them with a few friends and we talk and horse around and just generally hang out.

Plus, I gotta get my GC seals somewhere! :3

Dungeons are better for EXP grinding anyway, especially with the daily roulettes.

Hit need/greed on any item that shows up in dungeons and trade them in for seals, problem solved!

Only 12 hours? That must have been painful. I'm sitting at an estimated 55-60 hours worth of grinding with only 2/12 to show for it.
