The event came twice because the game got 2 releases

I'm sure if they bring an event with the Lightning hairstyle again, it would only look the same at the first look, but different on the second look. Like the 1.0 Goobbue and the Sylph Goobbue.
Well idk if it was released in China. But ffxiv is being released there so there might be a chance lighting will strike a 3rd time
