I was more referring to the FC's that have the money to buy a house now can get even more money growing and selling these thing. While the people who are struggling to get a FC house are screwed.

Nice catch, I'm actually the only person on my server so far who has a bought a Manor Harp from the MB and I got it for under 25k. The Marching Horn that sold went for 850k and the Harpsichord a bit over a million. And the mats for them all are very similar, if not identical. Gotta love when people don't check the history and sell expensive stuff for dirt cheap!!

My FC formed Febuary 14th. We started putting gil back for an FC house at that time and within 30 days not only did we reach rank 6, we had enough gil for a small FC house. And it was mostly 3 of us workthing together to accomplish it. We also had other members donating as well. It doesn't take that long to get up 2 million gil. And we are a very small FC on top of that.
