The devs had to remove some elements from the UI when Focus Target is being used. That should already tell you that integrated VC for PS3 client is impossible.

... you miss the point completely, did you even read what I wrote? the PC side is fine.... but PC gamers have to interact with console gamers that have neither keyboard to type and cannot voice chat at all even with 3rd parties.

Yet the system is designed to support a keyboard. And the normal communication in an MMO is a keyboard. Playing an MMO without one is ridiculous. It's not a small group of people, such as in some FPS game.

Yes, any standard USB keyboard will work, like they did on the PS2 for FFXI.
