The debate for/against parry is primarily focused around paladins, for warriors there is still no better secondary stat since we lack the mitigation of the shield. The reasoning behind this is without a shield the stat weight of parry is increased as warriors will use 100% of every parry they get as they do not have a block to over write it.

Unless testing shows the scaling for the other stats are better then the scaling for parry if your planning on taking a bunch of damage go parry. If you are OT and want to be dealing damage then start worrying about other secondary stats.

Assuming your healers are on point for the spike damage mechanics (Ravensbeak / Juggernaughts / 3-tank mines) I'm not sure if I would prioritize VIT accessories in my best in slot list. I have downed Turns 6-8 in I90 DPS accessories with I100 Soldiery helm & Body, and High Allagan Gloves. This includes solo tanking T8.

The only issue I have encountered thus far is Ravensbeak and realistically our paladin can just take every single one... and if he couldn't then a Stoneskin / Adil plus treating it like Death Sentence would be fine.

The Second Coil of Bahamut does not seem to contain anything that would require the vast amount of health that VIT accessories seem to give. I would pose that it is better to gain more DPS and hit the 27% parry breakpoint than to have a greater pool of Effective Health that isn't really necessary.

No the debate is that parry doesn't give you enough to be worth stacking, and that the increased damage is better for the amount of secondary stats that you can obtain.

I agree completely with this BiS list. Unfortnately, I won't be getting any H.A. Slaying accessories until both our Monk and Dragoon have them.

I don't know if I'm going to get Noct Helm and Boots because I have H.Allagan already. If I have the Sands and Soldiery, I may as well spend it on a different class, like Monk. Haha.

I like gearing up my main more >< trying to get a higher DPS parse for T8!
We only need 2 sands though, if your BIS is the same as mine.
