    Yeah, I'm going to guess CT2 will be iLvl 100 with SE's rationale that Weathered gear is upgradeable to iLvl110. It would be great to see sands/oil/unid drop in CT, but I am not too optimistic there. However, perhaps adding a mirror for tidal and ___ for whatever Ramuh will drop which will likely need upgrading (since SE seems to be favoring that path) should be put in CT. By way of example:

    Ramuh Ex weapons probably like:
    Nimbus ____ (ilvl 100)
    Cumulo Nimbus _____ (ilvl 110) (can see shouts for cum weapons now >.>;;
    Instead of a mirror, you want a lightning rod or something

    I think CT2 will have i100 gear and sands/oils. It's important to SE (and rightly so) that players don't fall behind and getting 1/week pieces of i100 gear would help make up for any weeks new players couldn't farm soldiery. Also, Weathered gear is upgradeable, CT2 gear would not be. The sands/oils would be an enticement to players who have a lot of soldiery gear already but might still be struggling w/ Coil2 content. It makes perfect sense to me if SE did it this way. Know what would be crazy though? If CT2's i100 gear was meldable but I doubt this will happen

    I like the idea of sands an oils also being out of coil, buuht only if CT is actually fun/challenging^^;.

    Coil 1's relevence is already rapidly dropping and will be close to non-existant by the time CT2 drops and echo buff is at its highest. Coil is becoming more and more a PUG raid each and every week as more and more people hit i90.

    it will be i100, why? because it will give another way at people for get stuffed, don't forget the time... after the 2.3 come out, you will have only 12 week for the 2.4 with the new bc and naturally the new tiers. why make it harder to get stuff that help to play in the 2.2 content and get ready for the 2.4? that the point.

    people simply don't want to see other get good stuff that have take age for them to get.

    If it is i100 I hope the bard stuff has some Crit on it at least. this fixation with skillspeed has really put me off buying it for my Bard.

    I think its gonna be ilvl 110 with 1drop per week lockout and they will be the AF2 gear.

    Remember before we only had 300/week cap on myths making AF+1 gear a long time to get and also add the 900myths needed for zenith on top of that. At least with this we have other places to get 110 gear besides coil. Novus weapon will also be 110.

    I doubt there will be oil/sands there. People will just try to get those instead of the new gear.

    I think it also depends on how relevant they want CT2 to be when 2.4 hits. Right now everybody just farms coil 1 or myth for gear and CT 1 is almost completely neglected. *if* they put sands/oils in there, then it would still be a relevant raid well into the 2.4 lifecycle. If it drops only i100 gear (or worse) then CT2 participation will drop off heavily as soon as the SLD tome limit is lifted, and will likely be nearly abandoned as soon as a few stacks of echo build up in coil 2.

    I think it will be i100 and hopefully drop sands/oils.

    But if SE wanted to really get the player based excited it will be i105-110 with the same weekly lockout.

    The casual players would be stoked and that's who they are catering to. The hardcores will bitch for a day and then run the CT mill to be i110 faster.
