Kick him. There's an article on the support in game that says that SE wont action a democratic kick providing it's not abused. Ask him to change gear politely and if not say why you're kicking him (for the record) on party chat and then pick afk. Harassment might be frowned upon by SE.

That's abuse of VTK...and you can get punished for it if he reports you for harassment.

EDIT: Not saying its right to go in with full SB gear on...but its also not right to do into the DF expecting speed-runs.

The way I look at it is that one shouldn't be doing something that hurts the group unless it was otherwise agreed upon. If a DPS chooses to be in crafting/gathering gear for SB purposes, that's fine... but then the tank and healer should also be allowed to do the same. I'm quite certain the DPS that started it all wouldn't be happy about the inevitable wipes to come. Otherwise, that's essentially abuse of the system and a semi-issue of harassment towards the group.
