In my honest opinion it looks like you have enough gear to last well into second coil. You will want either allagan spear or levi ex spear, but other than that you seem geared just fine.

Also, I find Titan Ex easiest on dragoon. Just try to stick it out, worse comes to worse try joining some pugs (though, admittedly there aren't very many nowadays).

I'm kinda in the same boat on dragoon, I don't like much of the astrum gear, though, I need a boots upgrade since T5 kill still eludes me as well. After that I'll probably just start buying the tokens in hopes I eventually start downing second coil.
