ps4 doesnt need mumble or teamspeak for it has voice chat of its own, party chat which is way easier to use as well: examine character,type online id in invite, commence to chatting lol
ive played with people on pc who could barely move due to crap hardware. you can use a keyboard and mouse just the same, high def quality is same, even the HUD has the same elements that pc has that ps3 doesnt. i enjoy the fact that it doesn't have 3rd party voice chat, party chat is free where teamspeak costs money

PS Voice chat is only for PS4 users. You can't chat cross platform, and the majority of players are PC users.

Current party chat is as easy as typing on a keyboard, because that is exactly what it is.

I'm sure there are people that play a PS4 that move terribly due to a slow connection, but if you are comparing platforms, you compare what works, not what doesn't. I can easily make a PC build that costs a similar price to a PS4 that will run great, that doesn't have "crap hardware".

PC has higher frame rates than PS4. High def quality is NOT the same. Don't get me wrong, its very good considering the hardware on the PS4, but claiming its the same as PC is incorrect.

Mumble and teamspeak; they barely cost any money. You can also use them for a wide variety of tings. Other free options include: Skype, Curse Voice, Steam Voice chat. But the fact of the matter is, by limiting yourself to PS Voice, you are limiting yourself to the majority of the playerbase. I'd say the same for PC users if the majority was PS4 based and would only use PS Voice chat.

If you already have a PS4 and don't have a gaming rig, don't get me wrong its not worth getting a gaming rig to run it on. Both platforms have their pluses and minuses, and at the end of the day it comes down to what you use more and what you already have.

tl;dr
Both PC and PS4 are viable options but you shouldn't make a silly blanket statement like you did and have continued to do so. You do not get the same experience on a PS4 as PC, and you certainly don't get it for half the price.

Again, nowhere near half the price. Building a PC is as easy as lego, and paying for it online is even easier.

I'm not saying PS4's are bad, i'm saying that you are incorrect in assuming that its a hassle to build a PC, and that you are incorrect in assuming that PS4's are half the price.

For instance, I could make a build around the GPU I just got which took 2 minutes to install for the same price as a PS4, and i'd get far higher framerates than any benchmark for the PS4.

Furthermore, games are far far cheaper on PC also. You get access to Steam and Humble Bundle. And there is so much more you can do with a PC.

As I said in previous posts; I will eventually get a PS4, but I personally think a decent PC for the same price gets more value for money.

When did the developers of Teamspeak start charging money for teamspeak? (aside from smartphone versions which aren't that expensive at about 1€)
