I learned the correct way to do the scales at the end of The Sunken Temple somwhere last week. Untill then I just let someone else do it.

Got carried 100% on my first try at Levi extreme, and walked away with the weapon that dropped.
Fell off right after the railing dropped and the team was so awesome they finishid it with one dps missing.
My sincerest apologies to the people who ended up carrying me, I can survive on my own now (>__<)

Mine is: I went to CT right after unlocking it. The team cleared it but inside I was like:I don't understand what's happening!?
I was lucky not to mess up the entire raid for everyone.

I went in as a healer the first few times. I literally had no idea what was going on, and just healed people (which luckily worked).

During a Levi farm (as a BRD) everything was going smoothly until about the second double add phase. After we downed the adds we got double tidal waved and I died. I couldn't figure out why this happened. Until I looked at where I was standing and realized I must have been attacking its head. I felt so very ashamed.

I usually tab-taget back to the head.
Except that some times the tail is juuust in view and I accidenly target that. And don't notice it untill a few moments later

For starters, WoW is not XIV. Obviously a party cannot function without DPS, but there is a ton more responsibility tossed on tanks and healers in this game. DPS get the luxury of blending in. If a party goes south, generally the tank or healer is the first to get blamed, regardless of fault. I stick by my original comment. Go level one and see if your opinion stays the same.

Dam right!! I have about quit playing a tank because of a$$es like this guy. Elite acting DPS who only know about 1/2 of what tanks have to go through and feel like bossing around. I know there are bad tanks around, but having done a lot of high level tanking/DPSing/Healing now, there are not that many.

I once decided to try to DPS the Leviathan Ex as a BLM; I had not tried to DPS it in a long time, and it had been a while since I watched the video, as I normally tank it. I totally casted on the tail the entire time XD

My confessions:

I ran Halataly HM wearing iLVL 15 Acolyte Robe thinking I had equipped my SCH-iLVL90 gear glamoured. People tried to warn me, but I couldn't read it. However They were really nice, we didn't wipe and lived happily ever after.

(This is the most shameful of all, but I can't help it - I got traumatized) I always check where players are from looking at which language they indicated as their own because of lots of bad in-game memories connected to a particular nationality (wipes, people rejecting advices - even the most reasonable - etc)

Happened to me as well, was trying out new gear to see what I should glamour, and well I used the sailor shirt and sailor boots and got quiet far before I started wondering what had happened to my heals. I was so sure I could land bigger heals
