It's like asking for a translator but someone who doesn't speak the desired language calling it unfair. Get off your high horse or stop trolling a serious topic.
What high horse are you talking about? Your example is completely different. The work of the translator requires that you know the desired language. The work of QA does not require one person to be colorblind. Here's an example of what would be similar: A company is forced to hire only minorities for race diversity. See how absurd that is? If QA requires at least one colorblind person to work there, they'd better hire people with motion sickness, dyslexia, deaf, etc. Even amongst the colorblinds, there are people blind to different colors. Maybe they should hire multiple to make sure.
I get that the topic is that SE should make the divebombs more distinguishable and I'm not arguing against that.

To be fair you don't have to see the glow, you can just memorize the formations. They dive in the same order based on the formation.

Or just have one person that knows them and mark A and B for where the indicators go.

The spots you have to go for each of the 3 formation are the same. I'm not even looking at the dragons during divebombs (I was actually wondering why I couldn't see the glow)

    Greetings,

We understand that it can be difficult for players with color blindness to discern the colors of the different golems that appear in turn 4 of the Second Coil of Bahamut, and the development team will be working on an adjustment moving forward so you can tell them apart by means other than color.

I can only imagine that this would be a similar problem for Garuda HM, if those beams are red and green.

Nah, they already fixed it by making the red beam a broken line while the green beam stays the same.

...and there was much rejoicing! (Not there yet, but great that this is being looked at).
