When it comes to DDs, the DF attempts to group you up with a ranged DD and a melee DD (2 of each when 8-man), if possible. Most melee DDs play Dragoon, so you get lots of Dragoons.

Or Heavy Thrust. When I pointed out to one that they lose DPS not using Heavy Thrust at all, he said he only does it on speed runs with AE as does more damage with combo than Heavy Thrust. Just another example of someone who didn't even read the skill tooltip. When I told him it increases all damage by the DRG, I got told "I don't know what I'm talking about" *boggle*
