Nope. Almost everything you craft puts your name on it. Cloths, ingots, leathers, plates, rivets and rings are all stackable, and all will have your name if you make them. Furniture items also have the name of the person who crafted them. The only items I can think of that don't have signatures are the ones bought from npc's, or reward items, AKA non crafted items.

Stackable items only lose a crafter's signature when you mix the stack with someone else's crafts (or purchased items from a vendor). Initially, everything made by a crafter is signed.
