finally mined the 90 hq umbral ores to get my retainer a nice foragers hat and foragers pick she can do the rank 13 explorations hope she makes my money back! XD 388 gathering barely made it! and with only 6 melds needed to do it! XD

my miner retainer just hit capped recently. Wanna ask if properly prepping them to do rank 13 explore does really worth it? Or I can just forget it and do easier exploration or quick ones?

Fortunately, my other retainer is archer. So I just tossed some darklights/allagan pieces I don't use, and ready to do rank 13 stuff. lol

depends having 2 chances at the rare items is better then 1, but the gathering is better for the normal ones (i mean if you find those worth it) the higher your gathering is the more you get (caps at 30 every 40 minutes but that's better then 10 in 1 hour xD)

the rank 13 exploration drops 3 rare materials taffeta cloth, lightsteel, and something else forgot what it was called.

then you can also get things like the minute mindflayer minion. which all sell for 100k (at least on my server)

other then the lvl1-50 stuff you can mine quick exploration and high exploration gives the same things no matter what you are be it battle class or gathering
