Though if it does turn out to be burmecian, it may be a slight bit more humanoid version of one. To better fit the MMO, but time will tell for certain.

But a humanoid race like the Viera or Miqote won the 1.0 poll. So a mixed race would be out and I think burmecian are too beast like to fall into the demi human winner. The more I look at it I think it's going to be Gria.

The classic are horns are in the proper place and shape and SE could make them a changeable feature like Miqote tails. Add in the actual tail and possibility of hidden or changeable wings I think it would fit nicely into being something unique enough for a new race. The only problem could be ishgard but depending on how demi human SE goes it could be worked around.
