What do you want to hear from them? It's actually freaking unbelievable, that we - as paying customers - go over 24 hours and still no word from Square... I mean this is really bad service. Even the "support" website is of no use, linking you to a phone number that DOES NOT WORK.
@Square: The only thing people demand here is communication. An update to let us know that the issue is being addressed...
The Server are working correctly, its a routing problem which isn't in the hand of SE. Get over it and learn how the internet works before demanding things from the wrong people.
*sigh* So, as expected this is on the end of the ISP then?
I've been getting constant 90002/90k and 2002 log-in and disconnect errors since yesterday evening. Tried a bunch of 'solutions' I found online (reboots, resets, port forwarding), none of it seems to work. Aside from FFXIV, my internet is working perfectly.
I'm on Cerberus, playing from the Netherlands, my ISP is Ziggo

The reason for this thread being here wiseguy, is that our internet connection "seems" fine. I'm having no other issue besides with FFXIV, this is is the reason people post here. A comment from someone frome square means more to me then a comment from you, now let's continue our day.
Who choose shitty datacenter? Me? My ISP? Or maybe SE?
They choose this solution - they have to deal with it.
Having the same problems as mentioned, playing on Cerberus (Netherlands)

1. Routing can be changed - they choose datacenter which is connected with Europe just with one route. So this is SE fault.
2. It's ISP-ISP problem i know - but they choose cheap datacenter which uses cheap ISP in NA. And it's not focused on global accesibility like some others ISP in NA.
3. It won't happen in EU for EU because if one route fails you will be transfered to another route. You would get 90k but after 5 mins it will work using another route. In current situation it's impossible because NA ISP which is serving services for datacenter has only one connection with EU - in France.
Thats not true lol... im getting routet via london and doesn't touch a single french server.
