Blah, so, I got a PS4(HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!!!) Not so happy part, I apparently can't get it to download FFXIV even though the promo code is applied and it says I have the service as part of my PSN account.

If you participated in Open Beta phase 2, the client you already have installed will be sufficient and you do not need to redeem the promotion code to download the software. You can disregard this error and use your already installed game client.

If you participated in Open Beta phase two, but have since deleted the game client, you can re-download the game by visiting the “Library” menu on the PlayStation®4 home screen.
