Please list CRAFTING ONLY Housing items, compared to NPC available ones?

As I was leveling my Carpenter job 3 weeks ago, I decided to make 5 Ash Cabinets since I had the supplies anyhow and it was good XP, etc. They were selling for 40k-50k each on the MB. But once I put mine up, and there was only 6-7 all total, the market got flooded with them, going down to 10K or so only, when just before I made them, they were much more profitable. I then found out when I searched Gamerescape webpage, that you could purchase them from the NPC House vendor. People were buying cheap and just posting them for profit. Either that, or their Retainers brought them back as gifts.

I would just like to craft profitable items that you can't buy at the NPC but could not find lists anywhere. I would also like the list of NPC housing items also, both types of lists.

Always run an item through Xivdb before making a purchase.

So, you are asking us to spend hours to make you a list of several hundreds of items and get mad because Seravi points you in a reliable direction where you can look this up in a couple of seconds yourself.

First: Gamerescape's Ash Cabinet page doesn't show it as buyable from any NPC (neither does xivdb, nor the Lodestone's Eorzea Database). So that tells me first off that you don't know where to look. Which is why I gave you one (now two) other sources.

Second: There are a grand total of 3 furnishing vendors in the game, located in each housing ward.

The only other furnishings "sold" by NPCs are beastmen vendors at reputation rank 4 (non-issue for your purposes) and seal-bought Grand Company vendors.

Because you got your information wrong about the Ash Cabinets being able to be bought from NPC. If you'd like to be profitable, gotta put the work into researching. Geeze, the entitlement.
