Increased lockout for leaving a dungeon please.

How about a 24 hour lockout with a 500 myth penalty and 200 soldiery penalty? And while we're at it, burn down their crops, poison their water supply, and deliver a plaugue onto their houses!

I support this. Ok, not the burning down crops, poison water an deliver plague part. But I support creating a punishment that feels. Especially now when we have a fine vota abandon system for when you know stuff is not going to work.
