    If it's Ormuco, then SE may be able to lean on them to research/address it (it's their ISP).

    If it's a third party like Cogent, TATA, Level3, etc. then your ISP needs to research/address it because they have partnered with them to carry your data from their network to other people's networks--your ISP has the enforceable service contract there (or the option of routing you through someone else's network to get you to Ormuco). Without such agreements in place, you would only be able to reach content available on your ISP's own network--no access to google, netflix, microsoft, etc. if they were running on someone else's network.

    So even though this all happened at the same time to multiple people, this could be coincidentally our issue to deal with?

    Error 2002 since april 21 haven't been able to play fr a week what the heck is going on? I tried everything to fix it uninstallingthe app cchecking network connection. Heck I even deleted all my characters on it(sonys idea). I thought it was just me. Is square enix gonna fix this?

    IT turned out that didn't solve it... it was a cable cut and their trying to repair it... we just have to wait for the repair.
