I may have a solution. Wasn't able to log on for the longest time. A FC mate of mine is a programmer with computer knowledge. He recommended teh following and it got me in the game ASAP.

go to command prompt
Type: ipconfig/release

You will get disconnected from your internet.
Type: ipconfig/renew

And try to log into the game. It worked for me.

IT turned out that didn't solve it... it was a cable cut and their trying to repair it... we just have to wait for the repair.

Actually, the problem just cleared itself up. A bunch of friends all just logged in at the same time who have been trying for hours.

I was also able to log in (and stay logged in!) about 20 minutes ago.

...but now I'm getting crazy bad lag and stuttering, which is highly unusual for me. Anybody else?

Yeah I'm getting the same thing. But the people I've been playing with keep saying their internet is fine. I already reset my router but it's still bad.

Its still bad for me :/ I just played for about 30 mins, got kicked, and now can't get back on.

I can login now but after a few minutes the error 90000 appears.
