    Where is the countermove eh?
    "Especially" in dictionary context means the word can be used without that additional definition, but the additional definition is also common.

    Also, for future reference, the counteract done after a parry is called a riposte. I do think adding a move that procs on parry would be a smart idea.

    The countermove is simply moving your weapon in place to ward off the attack and is not the same thing as a counter-attack.

    We have one. It's called Shield Swipe and it adds pacify to the target. It also has a reasonably high potency, it's only catch being that it generates no additional threat compared to our other skills.

    I agree that parry needs to be looked at with a bit more care, but I wouldn't call it completely useless. Much like spell speed, it's certainly not a stat you'd want to run empty on simply because the benefits are only noticed when it's well-stacked.
