I hope Bard gets a DPS limit break. I honestly think it's poor design to give them a healer LB.

Probably not, it goes along with their utility. Oddly enough, when I play BRD, I am usually one of the last ones alive which is perfect for that clutch LB3.

There are no more medium sized houses on Balmung so additional housing wards are definitely needed. I'm just hoping that the prices don't start at their absurd original amounts.

Personal housing will require a lv50 character and achieving a certain rank within a Grand Company.

This is a horrible decision. Personal housing should be available to everyone, regardless of level.

Lvl 50 isn't hard to get, I doubt any non 50 will be able to afford it anyway. To make personal housing free to everyone they would have to limit it so much it wouldn't be worth it at all. If they did that we won't get it for another 2 years.

RIFT did a marriage system better than any I've seen elsewhere. Buy the outfits, license, rings, you get a private instance for the event where only people you invite can come (prevents being harassed by morons), and a spot after with tables full of food to celebrate. Anyone can marry anyone, sex doesnt matter.

SE can do something special here or they can play it safe and stick to "accepted norms" in Japan. Sadly, I fear they're gonna screw the Moogle on it. =(

I have a large number of alts I would like to get houses on for RP reasons but have pretty much zero desire to level them any further than they already are. I am 100% capable of transferring money to them so that they can buy their own house if they can't afford it on their own.

Besides, if housing is more than 1 mil gil (and it shouldn't even come close to that), then SE has really f'ed up. They justified FC housing prices because multiple people were contributing. Personal housing should be maybe 100-500k tops.

Yoshi apparently thinks the average player is running around with 2 million gil. So expect it to be in the millions.
