Titles? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!

If only the game looked like that... would be amazing XD Also i don't even understand why they give you titles when other people can't see it in-game, The reason for titles was to show you have accomplish something but if cant see it then might as well get rid of it.

I know I got excited. Chimera never looked so awesome. Hell even the bogey looked ten times better.

The UI elements in that screen shot look a little big, but my god the game in that shot looks so much better than what I am playing now. Where is my vivid color? Where is my high detail lightning? Where is my party-wide aggro meter?

Also, isn't that Coerthas? Looks more like the 1.x Coerthas.

The screenshot is 1 year older than ARR alpha.

But yes, I also wish we can show our titles ingame to other players outside of the examine window.

I doubt that is a "screenshot" in the strictest sense of the word. Screenshot implies an image taken directly from gameplay.
This looks more like an artist's rendered image, most likely for advertising purposes.

Ps4 version looks like that. If mouse and keyboard it. You just need change some the hud up colors, fonts and stuff. and runs smooth. and have it on a small tv.

Look at the TP cost of those abilities Thats definitely before ARR's time so not a screenshot, just an early concept image for what they wanted. Though I do wish we had that beautiful lighting :/

And titles, with an option to choose what title we like displayed. Easy enough to add filters on whether you want to see everyone's titles or not or only out of combat

Sucks just having them when someone examines you. Seems very pointless.

When this screenshot was first released Yoshida said it was taken in-game.

Wether that's true or not is up for grabs but that is what he said.

I think it was a legitimate screenshot, just not from a released version of the game. Lighting was a lot better in 1.x and allegedly will be better with DX11. They probably scaled things back for performance reasons (why they scraped it from being an option is a mystery though). In any case, I'd like to have titles be optionally visible in that manner.
